Dear Potential Sponsor for Festival de La Isla,
It is almost that time again for the exciting Annual Festival de la Isla, where we celebrate the cultural richness of Solano County’s Puerto Rican community. In saying this, preparations for this year’s event are being made.
Your participation in this event in the past was very much appreciated, and we would again like to invite you to join us for this amazing event. The event will return in August 2022 at Pena Adobe Park in Vacaville.
If you are interested in participating and joining us for this exciting event again, please let us know. Below is the application that needs to be filled out to participate. There is also a fee along with the applications that would need to be paid. We look forward to sharing this incredible event with you and hope you can join us.

BE A VENDOR
Dear Potential Vendor,
Thank you for deciding to participate in the Festival de la Isla annual event at Vacaville Pena Adobe Park. Each vendor must obtain the proper permits and licenses and have them in their possession the day of the festival for Health Officer Inspection. Please note, Solano County is one of the stricter counties for Health Inspection. Be sure to read all the below attachments paperwork thoroughly.
The following information is required of each vendor:

Health Permit: Food and beverage vendors are required to obtain a Health Permit from the Solano County Health Department and must provide a copy of the Permit to Vendor Coordinator, Marisol Maldonado, immediately.

Business License (optional): All vendors are required to be fully licensed to conduct business. All vendors must have a valid business resale license.

Staff: Please submit a list of staff that will be working your booth. The limit for food vendors is four (4) including yourself. For clothing and miscellaneous vendors the limit is two (2) including yourself. Persons not on the list will not be allowed on the grounds for set-up or entrance. (enclosed)

Set-Up Limitation: Vendors must set up the night before the event. Accommodations will be made for those requiring late set-up the night before the event. Please advise if you will be a late arrival.
